DCT admin/responsible person will verify and approve the registration request. Once approved, you will be tagged to the relevant product.
    APPROVAL
Click on the “Submit” button at the end of the registration form to push the registration request to the Admin.

Fill out the registration form with all the correct and required details.

Click on the “Register” link at the top-right corner of this web-page. You will be redirected to a page with the registration form.
User Registration

Once the new ticket is created, 'Support Team' will change the status to 'In progress' and will start working on it.

Once the ticket is ready to be closed, the ‘Support Team’ will change the status to ‘Closed’ and it will be automatically assigned to the 'Author' (you).

    PROCESS AND CLOSE TICKET
Click on the “Create” button at the end of the form to create this ticket. Once it is created, a confirmation screen will appear and the ticket will be assigned to '<product name>-Support team for further actions.
    CREATE TICKET
Fill out the “New Ticket” form with all the correct information.
    FILL THE TICKET FORM
Click on the + button for “New Ticket”, next to the “Overview” tab on the top left. You will be redirected to the new support request page.
    RAISE A TICKET

Click on the “Product” link at the top-left corner of the web-page. You will be redirected to a page with a list of all the products to which the Admin has tagged you.

Select the product for which you need support.
