PROCESS PHILOSOPHY
To achieve Quality by Design, we follow Our home “Brewed” Requirement Driven Development (RequireD) Methodology, do Requirement Analysis and use UML (Use Case) Models to capture, review/ confirm “Requirement Understanding”.
We do System (HW, SW & LW) Design using UML Design Models to Capture, Review and Refine Design meeting all the requirements and Build / Implement the Solution following the Design, “Validate” and “Deliver” appropriate solution, meeting Requirements.

An alumnus of Mysore University (1985) with MTech from IISc, Bangalore (1987) in Electronics Design and Technology, he attended the Executive Development Program in Product, Project and Quality Management from University of Warwick, UK (1995).
His expertise in the field of Electronic Product Design and Development comes from his career with Switching R&D of ITI Ltd, Centre for Electronic Design and Technology of India (CEDTI) Calicut, L&T Technology Services and his 5-year tenure as CTO of VVDN Technologies and a 5-year stint in GDA Technologies Inc, California, USA.
He made a mark as an academic and renowned teacher, when he headed the Division of Electronics and Communication Engineering for an year, at Cochin University of Science and Technology.
He founded Digital Core Technologies in 2014 with the wealth of knowledge and experience in Design & Development, Coaching & Mentoring, Teaching and Consulting.
CHAIRMAN
S M BalasubramaniyanGraduate of College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai and MTech from IIT, Madras. Did Management studies at IIM, Bangalore.
35 years of Professional career in R&D division of ITI Ltd, Bangalore and Wipro Technologies, Bangalore. Comprehensive work experience in Telecom Product development and Product Life cycle management, R&D Services for global clients, Customer management, Product & Process Quality Assurance and Business & operational excellence besides Academia interactions, Board positions in global societies and Key note speak.
Current associations are in mentoring start up and young organizations, driving professional societies, Coaching & training and pro-Bono consulting.
